Partner with McAllen Edu Funding
Schools, parishes, churches and ministries in Hidalgo and Starr counties work with us to meet families whose TEFA award or other funding is already in place, and congregations talk to us when they're deciding whether to start a school.
Families with funding in hand
Claim your listing, then add tuition, the fees an account can pay and the aid you offer. We'll introduce you to families whose accounts are already open.
Joining TEFA →Starting a school at your church
Texas doesn't license private K-12 schools, but TEFA requires accreditation and two years of operation. We'll walk through that path with you and plan for the first two years before funding starts.
One low-cost model →Funded pre-K seats
Valley parents looking for funded pre-K, including the many whose children qualify through limited English or free-meal eligibility, find approved providers here.

How a partnership works
Verified schools don't pay a listing fee at this stage. Partners are marked as partners everywhere they appear, and partnership never changes the funding guidance families get.
- Claim your listing and confirm tuition, grades, eligible fees and aid.
- Tell us your TEFA status, pre-K quality rating and any therapy or language support you provide.
- Meet matched families, each with a funding summary.
- If you'd like, host a bilingual TEFA night for your parish or congregation.
